I must take a few minutes and comment on a recent encounter I had with
your company. My daughter bought a used VW Passat from a dealership in
Salisbury NC. After approx 2 months the car experienced problems and
was brought to your dealership for service. I encountered Randy from
the service Department who not only treated me with kindness but also
worked diligently to solve my problems. I recently relocated from New
York and have found it difficult to secure professional services in many
areas but I believe I have found a dealership that puts it clients first
and foremost. I believe that when poor service is provided comments should
be given but the same should be said for superior service. I hope that
your company is aware of the dedication and high level of customer satisfaction
this man is providing.
